We accept both prepaid payments and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.

Payment must be completed using the payment methods made available on our website.

COD availability may depend on the customer's PIN code, order value, product, logistics provider, and other applicable restrictions.

8. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order within 1 hour of placing the order.

After the 1-hour cancellation period, the order may have entered processing, manufacturing, packing, or dispatch and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

We currently deliver our products only to selected PIN codes.

Delivery availability will depend on the delivery location, PIN code, product, logistics provider, and other applicable factors.

Estimated delivery dates or timeframes provided on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, transportation issues, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, road conditions, logistics delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

11. Delivery Inspection

Customers are strongly advised to inspect the product carefully when it is delivered.

If the product appears damaged, customers should immediately take clear photographs and/or videos of the product and contact Lavise.

Damage claims are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

12. Installation

Lavise does not provide installation services unless specifically stated otherwise for a particular product or order.

Customers are responsible for arranging installation or assembly where required.

Any damage resulting from incorrect assembly, installation, handling, or modification by the customer or a third party may not be covered under our Return & Refund Policy.

Lavise generally does not accept returns or exchanges.
